This is a very versatile pan. It is a traditional springform made with a regular bottom and also a bottom that makes it into a tube pan. You may make a cheesecake or a coffeecake. It is tinned steel which is a great baking medium which needs to be dried thorughly after washing. 10" diameter x 2.5" deep (with tube insert; pan is 3" tall). Get two pans for the price of one!
