10" Tinned Steel Springform
Mrs. Anderson's professional quality tinned steel springform pan in a 10" size. This heavy springform pan is made of tinned steel which ensures even heat distribution while baking. Springform pans are the ideal choice for cheesecakes, tortes or any cakes that are too delicate to turn out of the pan. It has a waffle bottom construction for easy release. Tinned steel needs to be dried thoroughly after washing, or it may rust.
