This is a perfect pan for all of you who make lasagna and have to use two pans because they are always so shallow. This pan is 4" deep and that is such a pleasure. It is stainless steel and has handles on each side for lifting. It makes a great roaster for turkey breast or small roasts. It measures 10" X 14" X 4". Comes with a wide stainless lasagna spatula and a roasting rack that can be used as a cooling rack.
