12" Rehrucken Loaf Pan

Rehrucken pans or molds are used to make traditional cakes in Germany. Rehrucken translates to saddle of venison or deer back. It is a half loaf ribbed pan that makes a long ribbed cake. They are usually drizzled with chocolate glaze and studded with standing slivered almonds. This pan is sometimes called a saddle loaf pan.
