This is a 6 cup traditional charlotte mold made out of tinned steel and has two small handles. A charlotte can be a fun and new dessert to make. There are many different ones. This pan is also really great for making flans.
Tinned steel is a wonderful medium for baking but needs to be dried thoroughly after washing.
Charlotte mold is 4" tall with a ~7" top diameter that tapers to ~5.75" across the base.
