This is a heavyweight cast aluminum cake pan that has a nonstick surface and a solid bottom. It measures 10" (11.25" across the handles) and has a 16 cup capacity. This is a very large pan and is the perfect thing for people who have those old fashioned recipes that always overflow regular tube pans. Very special! Only available in the new platinum finish (pictured in dark nonstick finish, which is no longer available).
