Individual 2.5" tinned steel tart pan for bitesize quiches and other sweet and savory hors d'oeurves. Tartlet molds are tinned steel so they will bake well but need to be dried thoroughly after washing. You may stick them back into a warm oven on a cookie sheet. These tarts are labor intensive so make sure and buy a good number of them so you can bake a lot at the same time. Individual fluted tartlet mold is 2.5" and 0.75" high.
