Made in France. This is a long thin shallow tart pan. It is a perfect shape for cutting quiches into lunch portions or snacks. It makes lovely tarts that stand out by having such a unusual shape. Line strawberries up and down a chocolate tart. This pan has a removeable bottom and is made of tinned steel. It has very good heat distribution but must be dried thoroughly after washing.
