7" solid bottom aluminum tube pan with straight sides and rolled top lip. This is a commercial bakery quality tube pan made from aluminum; which tends to scratch easily but doesn't affect the quality of your cake. 7" size holds 5 cups to the rim and is ideal for smaller pound cakes or angel food cakes. 7" angelfood pan is ~2.5" deep and ~3" tall (the tube sticks up ~0.5").
