This is smaller than a standard sheet cakepan and a jellyroll. It is a perfect pan for a small family or small desserts. It is heavy aluminum with straight sides and a small lip. It bakes like a dream and you may cut on it! Aluminum is malleable; and scratches or scuffs on the pan are normal. This WILL NOT affect your baked goods. We receive our pans from a commercial bakery supplier and not a retail supplier.
