This is our most popular 9" springform made out of tinned steel which has great heat distribution and will give you an evenly baked cheesecake. It is economical and has a sturdy clasp that is guaranteed. It has a waffle bottom construction for easy release. Tinned steel needs to be dried thoroughly; or it may rust. These wonderful pans are made in Germany and are our most popular line of springforms. 9" diameter x 2.5" deep.
