This is the Rolls Royce of springforms. It is made of a commercial weight steel with a magnum coated base that is cut resistant and acid resistant. You may slice your cakes in this pan! The weight of this pan is almost three times that of regular pans; so baking time is shortened. It is easy to clean up and absolutely will not leak. Made in Germany.
