This is one of our best selling springform pans. It is solid aluminum and American made. It is deep and bakes very evenly. It will turn out a perfect cheesecake or torte. These are more expensive than the tinned steel springforms because they are much sturdier and will not rust. 9" is the most standard size springform for a cheesecake. You must wrap the bottom with foil if you are going to use a water bath.
