This is a 10x4" solid aluminum angelfood cake pan with a removeable bottom and holds 16 cups to the rim. It has leg supports for cooling. This is your standard old fashioned angelfood cake pan. It's worth it to make one from scratch just to get to use the yolks for a pound cake!
