It makes smooth sheets of fresh pasta from your homemade dough. The adjustable dial allows you to roll pasta exactly to the desired thickness: 0.5 to 3 mm (.02"-.12"). A recipe book; a table clamp; handle; fettuccine and tagliolini cutters: 1.5 mm and 6.5 mm (.06" & 2.6") are included. Instructions for use & a basic recipe are included. Made of chromed steel; with carbon steel gearing. Made in Italy.
