A chef knife would be our choice if you wanted to indulge in one fabulous first knife. A chef's knife, also known as a cook's knife or a French knife, is designed to take on several different tasks without having to to pick up a new knife. These knives are great for slicing, mincing, and chopping. We have 6", 8", and 10" sizes available.
