Santoku Knives
Santokus are a combination knife with a cleaver's use & a chef knife's strength.
They have became hugely popular because of food TV & have become a popular substitution for a chef knife. These knives are lighter and thinner at the base. They have no bolster.
Did you know that Santoku means 'three uses'? Japanese inspired Santoku knives are ideal for slicing, dicing, and mincing. With their sheep's foot shape and granton edge, your food will easily fall off the blade. We have several sizes of Santuko knives.
