This is the big daddy of Romertopfs. The extra-large clay cooker holds a 17.5 lb piece of meat or bird (about 7.3 quarts.) You soak the pot for 10 minutes and then fill and the dish will cook using the moisture from the clay. This piece is the easy way to do Thanksgiving or holidays.
