This is a bakery quality pan that is as basic as it gets. It is 16"x2" with perfectly straight sides. The aluminum gives you such a nice heat distribution that your cakes will bake perfectly even. You barely have to grease them. Made in the good old USA! Aluminum is malleable; and scratches or scuffs on the pan are normal. This WILL NOT affect your baked goods. We receive our pans from a commercial bakery supplier and not a retail supplier.
