This is a hard to find item. It is a heavy stainless steel deep oval roaster that comes with a oval domed lid. It measures 18" X 25" X 13.75" . The bottom of both the lid and the roaster have a disc of encased aluminum for good heat distribution. That means you can use the lid as a saute/ au gratin pan. This is a great pan for briskets; large roasts; or brining turkeys. The lid; when used as a casserole; will hold 5 quarts while the base pot/roaster will hold 12 quarts.
