The new Barbeclette is a raclette that's specially designed to melt cheese on your outdoor grill. You choose the type of cheese you want to grill and when it's melted and bubbly around the edges you can scrape it onto your burger or baguette with the included spatula. The Barbeclette melting tray has a durable nonstick coating; which allows your melted cheese to slide right off; and a wooden handle that folds flat for storage. Overall length of the grilling raclette is 12.5" long by 3.5" wide.
