This is a great pan to have if you want to add some variety to your meals. It is a steel pan covered in a good quality nonstick. It makes 12 mini popovers. The cups are held together in a wire frame so that the heat surrounds each cup. With popovers you heat the pan in the oven first; add melted butter and then the batter. This forms a buttery crisp crust with a warm delicate center. They are unbelievably good. This pan works well for muffins and can also be used for incredible individual chocolate desserts!
