It has concentric circles printed in the middle for perfectly sized pie crusts; linear measurments along the edge for spacing your cookie dough; and a handy conversion chart. The highest quality European standard silicone is safe to 536F/280C. It can be cut to fit any pan. This standard size silicone baking mat sticks to a smooth countertop and is great for rolling out dough or making candy; too. Dishwasher safe and can be rolled or folded for storage.
