This tool looks like a medival torture item. It is a pair of scissor-like tongs with a cutting circle. It goes down on top of the egg and makes a clean cut on a soft boiled egg. We sell a lot of these to people coming back from Europe having been spoiled in the AM with perfectly served boiled eggs in egg cups.
