The rippled blade of The Cheese Knife is designed to prevent soft cheese from sticking to the the blade but it works great on other sticky foods like butter; fudge and hard-cooked eggs. Stain resistant and heat safe to 430F. Dishwasher safe but it's pretty easy to handwash. FDA approved materials. 4" blade and 8" overall length. Proudly made in USA!
