This pan is heavy steel with a dark nonstick coating that will give your loaves a beautiful golden crust. Dimensions: 16" long by 8.75" wide by 2" high. There is a squared; metal loop on one of the short ends that can be used as a handle or a hook for hanging. The loop is 1.5" long and 1.25" wide; which extends the total length of the pan to 17.5" Makes two good sized loaves. Easy clean up!
