Square ceramic egg rack holds 9 whole eggs in your refrigerator or on your counter for easy access while baking and cooking. This reusable egg holder is also a clever deviled egg server. To make deviled eggs that fit in this carton, cut the hard-cooked eggs horizontally across the short side rather than vertically across the long side of the egg. You can proceed with making your favorite filling and piping it with a decorative tip or with a simple cut corner off a zip top plastic bag.
