This rice mold is specially designed to hold your choice of sauces in the center well. Spoon the cooked rice into the mold; place on a serving plate and unmold. Pour sauce into the well of the rice and serve. To nourish the wooden rice mold; occasionally apply mineral oil to the surface. We carry a wonderful bees wax and mineral oil product that will work for this purpose (Item #322006 for 8.50). Avoid soaking this mold in water and please don't put it in your dishwasher. 0.75 cup capacity. 3.75" tall with 3.5" diameter.
