SILICONE PASTRY MAT WITH MEASURING RINGS

19.5" x 15.5" flexible silicone mat sticks to flat surfaces, like your counter, so it won't move while you're rolling out dough and crusts. It has concentric circles printed in the middle for perfectly sized pie crusts from 6" to 15" and markings along the perimeter of the mat at half-inch intervals. This silicone rolling mat is also great for candy making because the silicone prevents most items from sticking. Doubles as a baking sheet liner, which allows for more even heat distribution and even browning. May be cut to fit baking pans and replaces the need for parchment paper, butter, and other nonstick sprays.
