Shipping charges are based on the chart posted on our shipping page. We ship throughout the US, including Alaska and Hawaii and can send orders to APO/FPO addresses. We use UPS ground for packages within the 48 contiguous states and US Priority Mail for parcels to Alaska and Hawaii. UPS charges 10.00 for address corrections and we will pass along this charge to you if you provide inaccurate shipping information, so please be careful to give a complete and accurate shipping address. We can expedite any shipment upon request with corresponding charges; please call our toll-free number for rush shipment quotes.
We ship APO/FPO orders via Priority Mail. Some limitations on item size, weight, and type may apply. You may contact your local post office to verify the merchandise restrictions for your APO/FPO address location. Please allow additional time for the military postal service to deliver your package.
We will be glad to track any shipment upon request.
Standard shipping via UPS ground takes from 4-10 business days. Packages sent Priority Mail take approximately 2-4 business days, but may take longer to some addresses. We are located in North Carolina so your distance from us will determine the length of time to receive your order.
We try to ship orders within 48 hours. If an item you have ordered is out of stock you will be notified via email as quickly as possible. You will have a choice of canceling the order or waiting for the item to be restocked and shipped to you. We will do our best to give you an accurate estimate of when the item will be restocked.
If part of the order you have placed is out of stock you will be notified via mail of the particular item(s). You will have a choice of canceling the order, waiting until the order is complete before shipping, having the items in stock ship and canceling the remainder, or having the items in stock ship and waiting for the backordered item(s) to be restocked and shipped to you. At that point you will be charged for the balance of the items and the shipping charges. We only charge you for merchandise when we ship it and you will not pay additional shipping for backordered items.
Refunds will only be provided within 30 days from purchase and are only allowed if the item is in the same condition sold, including packaging. If merchandise is returned, the original shipping and the return postage charges will not be refunded.
We recycle everything possible and hope that you will join us in trying to keep waste to a minimum.
