This set of 3 reusable cedar planks imparts wonderful flavor to fish, veggies, and other meats. Salmon is especially tasty. While your food marinates, rinse and soak the planks in liquid. Heat your grill to 300 degrees Fahrenheit then place your food on the planks and close the lid. The first time you use your planks, be sure to “cure” them by putting on a heated grill and flipping them after 2 minute intervals. Specific instructions are included. Soaking before each use will extend the life of your planks. Clean them with soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and allow each plank to dry completely before storing.
