This 11-cup capacity DLC-8 replacement workbowl is made of BPA-free Tritan plastic.
This is the only DLC-8 workbowl currently in production by Cuisinart.
This workbowl is NOT compatible with the DLC-8E, DLC-8F or DLC-8M
This Tritan workbowl features 4 tabs on the top rim of the workbowl, and can only be used with Tritan covers, which have 4 corresponding tabs on their bottom rim.

I ordered two parts and both came quickly and were a perfect fit. It might be noted that the parts that broke were from a material that got brittle, in time. The replacement parts are made from an upgraded/improved product called Tritan that is supposed to be stronger. Time will tell, but I appreciate that the company tried to correct a faulty aspect of their product.
