IMPORTANT:
In early 2016, Cuisinart updated the manufacturing material of almost all replacement parts to a plastic known as Tritan™. These BPA-free Tritan parts offer superior clarity and durability however this update also included the alteration and/or discontinuation of many parts. Please read the product descriptions and disclaimers carefully to ensure compatibility.
If you need to replace your workbowl:
- You will need to purchase the DFP-14 & DLC-7 4-Piece Tritan Bowl Kit.
- The current DLC-7 Tritan workbowl is not compatible with any previous generation of workbowl cover or sleeve.
- The DFP-14 & DLC-7 4-Piece Tritan Bowl Kit is compatible with any DLC-7 machine bases, EXCEPT the DLC7-E series and is compatible with all DLC-7 blades, discs, and accessories.
If you need to replace your workbowl cover:
- You will need to purchase the DFP-14 & DLC-7 4-Piece Tritan Bowl Kit.
- The current DLC-7 workbowl cover is not compatible with any previous generation of sleeve or workbowl
If you ONLY need to replace your sleeve:
You will need to purchase an expanded sleeve if your current sleeve:

- consists of 2 sliding oval parts permanently locked together
- has 2 clear plastic vertical prongs extending down from the side

You will need to purchase a non-expanding sleeve if your current sleeve:

- has one metal prong extending down from the side

If your current expanded sleeve does not match either of these descriptions:
- Ensure that your machine is a DLC-7. If so, your current sleeve and workbowl cover are 1st Generation parts and cannot be independently replaced.
