The Quad began as a paella cooker. Frustrated with our inability to get hot even heat over the paella pan, we developed and tested the “Quad” prototype. We introduced the QuadCooker on Kickstarter in 2015. With its high heat (over 900º) grate, tabletop design and fast cooking, we had a hit and reached 250% of our goal. In late 2018 with US patents (utility and design) and a US registered trademark in hand, we redesigned the Quad using stainless steel, aluminum and a welded frame. The new and improved Quad brings a lifetime of outdoor cooking in one easy-to-use package.
