No international shipping available. We can only ship within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.
There is an $10.00 fee for all addresses that are corrected by UPS. We will pass this 10.00 charge to you if you provide incorrect shipping information. PLEASE be sure all information is correct, including your apartment or suite number. We have basic address verification tools built into our shipping software, but if we are unable to verify the provided information then we will contact you by email and this will delay your order.
UPS requires a physical street address for shipments and will NOT accept PO Boxes.
We will ship smaller, light weight packages via US Priority Mail, so if you have a PO Box, please include it with your shipping information (if you are unable to receive postal parcels, please indicate so in the Comment box during checkout).
HI, AK, VI, PR, and GU packages are shipped via US Priority Mail.
APO/FPO packages are shipped via US Priority Mail and may have a slight shipping delay.
If your package is returned to our store because it was unclaimed, we will contact you. You are required to pay the additional cost to reship your package, unless the return is due to our error.
We are not responsible for lost parcels marked “delivered” by the post office.
You are required to contact your local post office for details before contacting KitchenworksInc.com. We email tracking information as soon as we ship your order and this information is helpful when contacting your post office. Please check around other entrances and places where the package may have been tucked from view. We also request that you ask any members living in your house or building if they may have collected your package, on your behalf or by mistake.
We can file a claim with UPS in the event your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit. We may need to send a UPS carrier to investigate the condition of your package, so please keep the box, item(s), and packing materials available.
Refunds will be provided within 30 days from the date of shipment. All returned items must be in unused, sellable condition with the original packaging intact. Items returned in dirty or used condition will not receive a full merchandise refund
The original shipping charges are non-refundable. Kitchenworks is not responsible for return postage.
